2 avocados
1 Tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
1 tomato
¼ cup red onion
½ clove of garlic
¼ cup coriander
1 lime (zest and juice)
Salt
Pepper
Instructions for making homemade guacamole
To start, in a large bowl, grate half a lime and squeeze its juice. On a board, chop the tomato into small cubes, then the red onion, very finely, and then grate half a clove of garlic. Set these ingredients aside.
Open the avocados in half with the help of a knife. Turn them to obtain two equal parts and remove the bone also with the help of the knife. To get the pulp, use a fork or spoon and put it in the bowl.
With the help of a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocado and then add the ingredients that you had previously cut. Add salt and pepper to taste as well as a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to serve.
