On Tuesdays, as the sun sets, Finca Treurer opens its doors for a unique experience that combines tradition, flavour, and culture in an incomparable setting. Under the name “Treurer Flavors,” this event starts at 7:00 PM, offering his guests an evening that begins with a guided tour through the Finca and culminates in an exceptional gastronomic night.
The evening starts with a guided tour to our olive mill. It allows visitors to immerse themselves in the essence of the art of olive oil production. Led by a member of the Treurer family, our guests can discover how we transform freshly harvested olives into this precious golden liquid known as extra virgin olive oil.
After the tour, guests are led to the hotel terrace. An outdoor space where the panoramic view of the Randa valley and the Cura mountain creates a dreamlike setting. The lights dim, the candles flicker. It’s time to start with the dinner.
Chef José Cortés takes command of the kitchen, transforming fresh, local ingredients into a feast of tapas that will delight even the most discerning palate. Each tapa is a tribute to the Mallorcan gastronomy, reinvented with a modern and personal touch, always featuring Treurer Extra Virgin Olive Oil as a starring ingredient.
