The true star of the night is the barbecue. If you’re thinking of a traditional barbecue, be prepared to change your mind. Our Chef José Cortés transforms a traditional barbecue into a unique gastronomic experience. Each dish is a symphony of flavours that elevate local products to new heights, always with the delicate and tasty touch of Treurer extra virgin olive oil.
