In English, German, Spanish and Catalan at the choice of the visitors. It can be done in several languages \u200b\u200bat the same time if people from different countries coincide.<\/p>\n

Parking is available on the farm.
\nThe visit is not suitable for people with reduced mobility problems due to the existing unevenness and slope of the ground.<\/p>\n

The booking of the guided tour will be confirmed once the purchase process has been completed through any authorized sales platform or directly with the organizer.<\/p>\n

Date or Time Changes by the Customer<\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Changes of date can be requested up to 24 hours before the start of the tour, at no additional cost.<\/li>\n
  • All modifications are subject to availability, but the organizer will make every effort to offer a new date that suits the customer\u2019s needs.<\/li>\n
  • If the customer cannot attend on the new proposed date, the cancellation terms below will apply.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Cancellations by the Customer<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Cancellations more than 24 hours before the start: full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n
    • Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start or no-shows: no refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Cancellations or Modifications by the Organizer<\/strong><\/p>\n

      In the event of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the activity from taking place, the organizer will offer either:<\/p>\n

      • a new alternative date, or<\/li>\n
      • a full refund of the amount paid.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Refunds<\/strong>
        \nRefunds, when applicable, will be processed within a maximum of 7 working days, using the same payment method used for the booking.<\/p>\n
