It allows visitors to immerse themselves in the essence of the art of olive oil production. Led by a member of the Treurer family, our guests can discover how we transform freshly harvested olives into this precious golden liquid known as extra virgin olive oil.<\/p>\n<p>After the tour, guests are led to the hotel terrace. An outdoor space where the panoramic view of the Randa valley and the Cura mountain creates a dreamlike setting. The lights dim, the candles flicker. It&#8217;s time to start with the dinner.<\/p>\n<p>Then, our chef, Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s, invites to enjoy a meticulously crafted gourmet menu, with our precious extra virgin olive oil as the star ingredient.
