So let&#8217;s start with this dish!<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>Ingredients for vegan pesto pasta<\/h2><p>150 g of pasta (2 people)<\/p><p>1 small avocado<\/p><p>50 g cashews<\/p><p>2 Tbsp of brewer&#8217;s yeast<\/p><p>1 handful of fresh basil<\/p><p>2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil<\/p><p>1 small garlic clove<\/p><p>Juice of \u00bd lemon<\/p><p>Salt to taste<\/p><p>Pepper to taste<\/p><p>Cherry tomato (to garnish)<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><h2>Process of making pasta with vegan pesto<\/h2><p>To prepare this version of vegan pesto you just have to remember to soak the cashews for at least 2 hours before you start cooking. Then you can remove the water and wash them well.<\/p><p>Start by cooking the pasta, follow the instructions that you will see on the package to get them ideally al dente. Next, add the vegan pesto ingredients to a blender jar and mix the ingredients well.<\/p><p>Once the pasta is cooked, remove most of the water and add the pesto mixture. Let it integrate well with the pasta of your choice even with the fire on. The aromas will be unmistakable.<\/p><p>Serve each portion on a plate, decorate with some cherry tomatoes and add a good splash of extra virgin olive oil.
