On October 28th, at Treurer, on a unique stage, these two creators merge their perspectives on the same style of cuisine in an exclusive menu for you to savor the essence of the Mediterranean with fresh extra virgin olive oil in its full splendor, as the absolute star.
The evening starts with a guided tour to our olive mill. It allows visitors to immerse themselves in the essence of the art of olive oil production. Led by a member of the Treurer family, our guests can discover how we transform freshly harvested olives into this precious golden liquid known as extra virgin olive oil.
Mussel water cannelloni, Menorcan mussel rillette, and codium

Confit leeks with olive oil, sautéed with Autumn mushrooms, “botifarron” sausage, and fresh herbs
